Tourists love Meknes

The Historic city of Meknes was founded during the eleventh century by Almoravid dynasty; it was turned into a capital city for Alaouite dynasty in the seventeenth century. The Sultan Moulay Ismaïl designed the city in Andalusian style. Its name is derived from the great Berber tribe Meknassa who dominated eastern Morocco in a certain era of the ancient past. You should visit Volubilis, Bab Mansour and the other walls, ElHdim place, and Moulay Idriss place once you’re in Meknes; they deserve a devoted effort so as to make your day. Thanks for watching these selected videos about this ancient city.
