Tourists love Safi

Safi or Asafi as pronounced in the Arabic language is a coastal city. The city was held by the Portuguese until 1541. It is famous among Moroccans for its Tajine. It is a centre for the fishing industry in Morocco. Foreigners mostly come to this city in order to enjoy surfing in its savage beach. It also depends on the export of phosphates since it has a huge sea port. Safi’s architecture is dominated by sixteenth century ruined castle of the sultans. I hope you will enjoy visiting this city as well as having a look at these humble videos selected randomly from the net.
